As Managing Partner and Founder of Kaizen Hotel Investment Partners, Grisha is involved in all areas of our business, with a particular emphasis on developing strategic partnerships, deal origination, fundraising, acquisition and asset management.
He has previously worked for CBRE within both the EMEA Hotel Brokerage and EMEA Asset Management teams. Based in London, these roles focused on investment transactions and asset management relating to individual hotels and portfolios across the EMEA region.
Grisha has also worked as Assistant General Manager for Sofitel in Belgium and for a domestic hotel operator in DR Congo. In addition, he gained useful operational experience during spells with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Mexico and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts in China.
Grisha achieved a dual degree in International Hotel Management, with specialisation in Finance, at Glion Institute of Higher Education, the hospitality industry’s foremost seat of learning. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science, both with honours and merits. Grisha also holds a certificate in Hotel Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University and a certificate in Corporate Finance from London Business School.
