Kaizen Hotel Investment Partners is a London-based investment company specialising in the acquisition and asset management of hotels across the UK and Europe.

We believe the fundamentals are in place for continued growth within the European hotel sector. At an asset level, our aim is to identify and acquire hotels with strong value upside potential, co-investing with partners including private equity houses and family offices.

Our investment methodology is focused on maximising returns through enhanced space utilisation and improved profitability, recognising every point of sale as a unique competitive business.

We can also provide bespoke asset management services on behalf of third party owners. These services include strategic reviews (buy-side due diligence and operational business reviews), active asset management and formulating exit strategies.

Our principals share a deep-seated passion for the hospitality sector and our professional experience covers all types of hotels, from budget to luxury. We bring together backgrounds in hotel operations, hotel transactions, asset management, finance, feasibility studies and market analysis. This enables us to approach each investment opportunity from an entrepreneurial, hands-on perspective, while meeting the financing and reporting requirements of our partners.
