We can also provide bespoke asset management services on behalf of third party owners. These services include strategic reviews (buy-side due diligence and operational business reviews), active asset management and formulating exit strategies.
Our principals share a deep-seated passion for the hospitality sector and our professional experience covers all types of hotels, from budget to luxury. We bring together backgrounds in hotel operations, hotel transactions, asset management, finance, feasibility studies and market analysis. This enables us to approach each investment opportunity from an entrepreneurial, hands-on perspective, while meeting the financing and reporting requirements of our partners.
We invest our own capital in all transactions, sharing risks and rewards and helping to ensure we are fully aligned with our capital partners when it comes to mutual goals and interests.
